Did you know there is at least 330,000 underprivileged children in the Houston Metropolitan Area! Our goal is to help as many of these children as possible to have a wonderful Christmas.
Baytown Santa promotes their efforts through Baytown Santa's web site, volunteers, word of mouth, setting up at stores and malls to get sponsors and donations for the children. This year we will also be having a raffle.
Not only does Baytown Santa get gifts for these children, we wrap them from Santa,
Each child receives a personalized letter from Santa. We hold a Christmas party at the VFW of Baytown for the children, their family, the volunteers and the sponsors. Not only do we all have a hot Holiday meal , the children get their picture taken with Santa, and he brings each a small gift.
You get see the happiness in each child's face. By having the sponsors and anyone that has been part of Baytown Santa in attendence, they get to see the happiness they have participated in. With your help we can put plenty of smiles on these babies faces.
The History of Baytown Santa:
To help ensure that underprivileged Children could have Christmas at their home, Baytown Santa was founded September 12Th, 2007. The name comes from the fact that the founder lived in Baytown, Texas.
With no advertisement there was 118 children on our list the first three months.
A lot of love, work, sweat, and tears poured into Baytown Santa by many angels all
over the Houston area.We were even sent angels from other states.
